{"id":183283,"date":"2021-03-23T10:22:31","date_gmt":"2021-03-23T13:22:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eephcfmusp.org.br\/portal\/online\/?p=183283"},"modified":"2025-07-23T15:07:40","modified_gmt":"2025-07-23T18:07:40","slug":"capacitacao-uti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcxfmusp.org.br\/portal\/capacitacao-uti\/","title":{"rendered":"HCX \u00e9 destaque em reportagem da Globo sobre capacita\u00e7\u00e3o em  UTI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: gabarito;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na \u00faltima sexta-feira (19), a Escola de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Permanente foi destaque em reportagem da Rede Globo sobre <\/span><b>capacita\u00e7\u00e3o em UTI. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A mat\u00e9ria foi ao ar no<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Jornal Hoje<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e mostra o trabalho realizado pelo HCX para suprir a alta demanda gerada pela pandemia por profissionais de sa\u00fade especializados em Terapia Intensiva.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: gabarito;\">Atualmente, existem no pa\u00eds cerca de 6.500 m\u00e9dicos intensivistas para um total de 54.657 leitos de UTI. Essa diferen\u00e7a se torna mais gritante quando considerada a urg\u00eancia no atendimento a pacientes graves acometidos pelo novo coronav\u00edrus. Para trabalhar na \u00e1rea, \u00e9 preciso ter forma\u00e7\u00e3o qualificada e experi\u00eancia pr\u00e1tica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: gabarito;\">\u201cO problema \u00e9 que n\u00e3o tem esse profissional pronto no mercado. E n\u00f3s estamos aqui, justamente, para ajudar nessa capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e colaborar com esse treinamento. Mas, hoje, realmente, h\u00e1 uma escassez no pa\u00eds inteiro de profissionais habilitados para trabalhar na UTI\u201d, afirmou na reportagem a Diretora-Executiva do HCX, Dra. Gisleine Eimantas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: gabarito;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os n\u00fameros da Escola de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Permanente mostram que os treinamentos de Terapia Intensiva nunca estiveram t\u00e3o em evid\u00eancia. Para auxiliar profissionais e estudantes, foram desenvolvidos diversos<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #282828;\"><a style=\"color: #282828;\" href=\"https:\/\/eephcfmusp.org.br\/portal\/covid\/\"> cursos gratuitos sobre Covid-19<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.
