Com a pandemia da COVID-19, os n\u00edveis de sedentarismo e inatividade f\u00edsica aumentaram em todo o mundo. Novos dados do VIGITEL 2020 apontaram que 47,2% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o alcan\u00e7aram um n\u00edvel suficiente de pr\u00e1tica de atividade f\u00edsica para atingir seus benef\u00edcios.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: gabarito;\">Um estilo de vida ativo \u00e9 fundamental para a sa\u00fade do cora\u00e7\u00e3o e importante para o controle de outros fatores de risco de DCV, com destaque \u00e0s atividades f\u00edsicas como medida de aux\u00edlio no controle das dislipidemias e tratamento da doen\u00e7a coronariana. Cabe aqui exemplificar que todo exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico \u00e9 uma atividade f\u00edsica, mas nem toda atividade f\u00edsica \u00e9 um exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico. Ou seja, o exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico \u00e9 um tipo de atividade f\u00edsica planejada, estruturada e repetitiva que tem o objetivo de melhorar ou manter as capacidades f\u00edsicas e o peso adequado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: gabarito;\">O treinamento f\u00edsico pode trazer efeitos importantes no controle da dislipidemia. Em s\u00edntese, podemos apontar a redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos triglic\u00e9rides e da rela\u00e7\u00e3o HDL\/Colesterol Total, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o ou redu\u00e7\u00e3o do colesterol total, do colesterol \u201cruim\u201d &#8211; LDL, e do VLDL e aumento das mol\u00e9culas do \u201cbom\u201d colesterol &#8211; HDL, com o treinamento. Por\u00e9m, \u00e9 evidente na literatura diferentes respostas entre os estudos que podem ser atribu\u00eddas principalmente a diferentes popula\u00e7\u00f5es, intensidade e dura\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: gabarito;\">Apesar do treinamento f\u00edsico n\u00e3o apontar altera\u00e7\u00f5es importantes no colesterol &#8220;ruim\u201d- LDL, maiores volumes e intensidade podem reduzir de maneira expressiva as mol\u00e9culas de menor densidade do LDL e contribuir com a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da oxida\u00e7\u00e3o sendo isto extremamente relevante. Um estudo realizado por pesquisadores do InCor demonstrou que praticar exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos regularmente modifica a estrutura do LDL tornando-o menos nocivo, mesmo que n\u00e3o haja redu\u00e7\u00e3o nos n\u00edveis medidos. Os autores constataram que os n\u00edveis de colesterol total, LDL e HDL n\u00e3o mudaram ap\u00f3s o treinamento. No entanto, as taxas de triglicer\u00eddeos ca\u00edram e a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 oxida\u00e7\u00e3o do LDL aumentou, al\u00e9m das mol\u00e9culas de LDL que tamb\u00e9m ficaram maiores e menos densas. Outro interessante estudo apontou redu\u00e7\u00e3o da atividade de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o do LDL ap\u00f3s dez semanas de treinamento aer\u00f3bico em indiv\u00edduos hipercolesterol\u00eamicos. Os dados anteriores apontam que o treinamento f\u00edsico pode trazer altera\u00e7\u00f5es importantes no padr\u00e3o e tamanho das mol\u00e9culas de LDL, al\u00e9m da redu\u00e7\u00e3o de sua oxida\u00e7\u00e3o de forma a conferir fator protetivo \u00e0 doen\u00e7a coronariana. Vale pontuar aqui que adicionalmente ao treino aer\u00f3bico, o treinamento de for\u00e7a de forma isolada ou combinado pode ser realizado de forma complementar e trazer benef\u00edcios adicionais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: gabarito;\">A Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade tem enfatizado a import\u00e2ncia de qualquer movimento em nossa vida di\u00e1ria e seu benef\u00edcio para sa\u00fade do cora\u00e7\u00e3o, f\u00edsica e mental: todo movimento conta e qualquer atividade f\u00edsica \u00e9 melhor do que nenhuma. Al\u00e9m disso, a aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo em que passamos sentados e deitados \u00e9 um aliado importante para a sa\u00fade metab\u00f3lica e cardiovascular. Em suma, para adultos, recomenda-se 150-300 min\/semana de atividades moderadas e\/ou 75 a 150 min\/semana de atividades vigorosas complementadas pelo treino de for\u00e7a, flexibilidade e neuromotor de 2 a 3 vezes\/ semana de moderada intensidade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: gabarito;\">Comece devagar e dentro dos seus limites, aumente progressivamente a intensidade e o volume da atividade escolhida e procure orienta\u00e7\u00e3o e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via de um profissional de educa\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica.
